NOTE: The Hot Water Heat Pump can also be used to cool your home as it gives off COOL/DEHUMIDIFIED AIR as the result of extracting the heat from the surrounding air. A local HVAC contractor can simply build an air duct into your local forced air system so the cool air cools your home, and it can also be directed outside in cooler climates during the winter months.
